I. What is a privacy policy?

A privacy policy is a policy aimed at informing our clients about all aspects of the process of obtaining, processing and securing personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR). We hope that this Privacy Policy will help you understand what information we collect in relation to the activities of the Store and how we process them. 

II. Your privacy is important to us

We protect your privacy at all times while using our Store. You can be sure that: 

  • we comply with applicable legal regulations regarding personal data protection which are collected as part of our Customers' use of our Store. Therefore, we need the following data to process orders: For private orders: name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail address; for company orders: name, surname, company name, company address, tax identification number, telephone number and e-mail address. 
  • all information provided by the Customer remains secure in our database. No unauthorized person can access it. We provide security and protection of Customers' personal data, protecting and securing them against unauthorised access in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR)
  • we protect personal data from the technical side – we store them on state-of-the-art equipment in properly secured information storage centres, access to which is only granted to authorised persons, using technical and organisational measures ensuring their protection and required by law. 
  • we do not transfer your data to any unauthorised entities, except for entities cooperating with us only for the purpose of carrying out the purchase transactions (e.g. Polish Mail, professional courier companies, online platform "shoplo" on which our store operates etc.). In the event of detection of irregularities or threats caused by persons who do not respect the laws and regulations applicable within our Shop, we cooperate with the police, the prosecutor's office, and courts to help capture persons committing crimes. 

III. What is the purpose of processing personal data?

  • After a purchase agreement has been concluded, personal data will be processed in order to implement the provisions contained therein. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is in this case Article 6(1)(b), i.e. the processing necessary for the performance of the agreement, and Article 6(1)(f), i.e. the legitimate interests of the Controller. 
  • Personal data may be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information, including marketing, in relation to own products by email and/or telephone. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is Article 6(1)(a), i.e. the consent of the data subject, and Article 6(1)(f), i.e. the legitimate interests of the Controller. 
  • Personal data can be processed in order to subscribe to the newsletter 
  • Personal data may be processed in order to pursue claims against the business ran under the business name of NOLOGO Aleksandra Marczewska. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is in this case Article 6(1)(b), i.e. the processing necessary for the performance of the agreement, and Article 6(1)(f), i.e. the legitimate interests of the Controller. 
  • Personal data may be processed in order to comply with legal and tax duties in connection with the business ran under the business name of NOLOGO Aleksandra Marczewska. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is in this case Article 6(1)(b), i.e. the processing necessary for the performance of the agreement, and Article 6(1)(f), i.e. the legitimate interests of the Controller. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is in this case Article 6(1)(a), i.e. the consent of the data subject. The newsletter is optional and the customer may at any time withdraw their consent to receiving it.

IV. Who is the controller of the personal data?

The controller of the personal data is NOLOGO Aleksandra Marczewska, ul. Łukasińskiego 12a 71-254 Szczecin,Poland.

V. Are personal data / will personal be data be processed in any other way?

As a business trading entity, we care for the confidentiality of your data. Due to the need to ensure proper organisation of our company - for example in the field of IT infrastructure or day-to-day affairs regarding our business - your personal data may be transferred, i.e. disclosed to or shared with - the following categories of recipients:

  • other businesses cooperating with NOLOGO Aleksandra Marczewska for the provision of services, 
  • service providers supplying NOLOGO Aleksandra Marczewska with technical, IT and organisational solutions enabling the provision of services and company management (in particular, IT service providers, courier and postal services) 
  • legal and advisory services providers and supporting NOLOGO Aleksandra Marczewska in pursuing its claims (e.g. law firms and debt collection companies). The legal basis for the processing of personal data is in this case Article 6(1)(b), i.e. the processing necessary for the performance of the agreement, and Article 6(1)(f), i.e. the legitimate interests of the Controller.

We would like to inform you that entities which process personal data on behalf of NOLOGO Aleksandra Marczewska do so in compliance with data processing agreements (as provided for under Article 28 of the GDPR) or under respective confidentiality statements. 

VI. What is the data processing period?

Please be advised that personal data will be processed for the period necessary to implement the objectives listed in point III: 

  • within the scope of implementation of the provisions contained in the agreement - we store your personal data for the duration of the agreement, as well as after its termination for the purpose of pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the agreement, performance of obligations under the law, including in particular tax and accounting, and for statistical and archiving purposes, 
  • as regards marketing - your data will be stored for the duration of the agreement or until you withdraw your consent to or object to the processing, whichever comes first; 
  • as regards newsletter subscriptions - your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to or object to the processing, whichever comes first. 

VII. When and under what circumstances do we collect personal data from our clients?

Every customer may browse our website without disclosing their personal data. Providing your personal data is fully optional, but necessary in order to set up a Customer Account. 

VIII. What are the rules of processing our Customers' data?

  • Providing your personal data is fully optional, with some of them being necessary in order to set up a Customer Account. 
  • As the processor, the store uses appropriate technical and organisational measures ensuring protection of the data processed. 
  • Every customer has the right to access their personal data and to have them corrected and deleted at any time, as part of their Account or by submitting such a request to the following e-mail address:contact@nologostore.com
  • The Customer's personal data are processed in order to fulfil the Order, to correctly provide electronic services, to market the controller's own products and services. 

IX. Learn what your rights are.

Remember that you have the right to access your personal data processed by NOLOGO Aleksandra Marczewska including the right to have them corrected, updated, completed, as well as the right to request we cease processing your data and to object to the processing. 

Furthermore, please be informed that in the case of processing your personal data based on your consent, all consents for processing referred to in item 3 may be withdrawn at any time. However, your withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of your consent before you have withdrawn it. 

Customers also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body. 

X. What security measures do we use to protect the personal data of our Customers?

We use high-level security measures. The key safeguards include transmission (https) and passwords encryption. 

XI. Cookies

The store uses technology that stores and gains access to information on the user's end device (in particular using the cookie files). 

Cookies are data, in particular text files, sent from a website server and stored by a web browser or other technological solutions on the end device (e.g. a personal computer or a smartphone). 

Cookies specifically facilitate the user to use previously visited websites. If the user has used the same device and browser before, cookies allow them to remember their preferences. 

The cookies we use in our Store primarily serve the proper functioning of the website and the comfort of our visitors. 

Due to the nature of the services provided through the Store, we need to use cookies to properly complete those services. 

The user can change the way cookies are used from the browser level. Use the function in your browser for detailed information. 

For example, in Internet Explorer, cookie settings can be modified via: Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy; in Mozilla Firefox: Tools -> Options -> Privacy; while in Google Chrome: Settings -> Show advanced settings -> Privacy -> Content settings -> Cookies. Mind that the access paths may depend on your browser version.

XII. Changes to Privacy Policy

We do not exclude the possibility of future changes to this document in the event of at least one of the following important reasons: 

  • change in the provisions regulating the rules of processing personal data or services provided electronically, affecting the mutual rights and obligations of the customer and administrator or a change in the interpretation of the above provisions as a result of court verdicts, decisions, recommendations or guidelines by public offices or authorities relevant for the subject; 
  • changes to the ways of providing services by electronic means caused only by technical or technological reasons; 
  • change or extension of the scope of services provided electronically by the controller.

The changes will be announced by publishing a Privacy Policy modification notice in the Store. Every revised Privacy Policy will bear a new date.

COOKIES POLICY

The store does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in the cookie files. The cookie files (also so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, stored in the end-device of the Store User and are intended for use while visiting the Store's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and their unique number.

The entity placing cookies on the end device of the Store User and obtaining access to them is the Store's operator. The cookie files are used to: adjust the content of the Store websites to the User's preferences and optimising the use of websites; in particular, those files allow the Store to recognize the device of the Store User and properly display the website, tailored to their individual needs; to create statistics that help the Store understand how the Store Users use the websites, which allows us to improve their structure and content. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored in the User's end device until they leave the website or disable the software (web browser).Persistent cookies are stored on the User's device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User. The following types of cookies are used as part of the Store: "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available in the Store, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication in the Store; cookies used to ensure security, for example used to detect authentication fraud in the Store ; "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of the Store's websites; "functional" cookies, allowing "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalising the User's interface, e.g. in terms of language or region of the User's origin, font size, website appearance, etc.; "advertising" cookies, enabling us to provide the users with advertising content tailored more to their interests. As a rule, the website viewing software (web browser) permits storing the cookies in the User's end device. Store Users can change their cookie settings at any time. Those settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block automatic handling of cookies in the web browser's settings or inform the user each time a cookie is placed in the Store's User device. Please, be informed that restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Store's websites. Cookies can also be placed in the Store User's end device by advertisers or partners cooperating with the Store.
