1 Entrepreneur, contact information

1.1 The owner and operator of the online store at www.nologostore.com is Aleksandra Marczewska NOLOGO, seated in Szczecin at ul. Łukasińskiego 12a, 71-254 Szczecin, Poland (hereinafter referred to as “NOLOGO”), REGON (business register no.): 367625879, NIP (VAT identification no.): 8522314629 (“we” or “NOLOGO”).

1.2 You may reach the online store at: NOLOGO, www.nologostore.com, by mail at: NOLOGO ul. Łukasińskiego 12a, 71-254 Szczecin, mail address provided on store’s website.

2. Rules of operation of the NOLOGO online store:

NOLOGO sells goods through an organized online store over the Internet. The store sells goods available within the NOLOGO distribution network.

3. Order placement.

3.1. Orders must be placed via website at: www.nologostore.com 

3.2. The goods in the online store are specifically marked. The website provides information about the properties of every product, its price, the material from which it is made etc.

3.3. When ordering a product, you need to choose an item, in a manner appropriate for the item, specifying the number of items ordered.

4. How to buy at an online store - detailed instructions.

4.1 After you select the goods, click the “Add to Cart” icon.

4.2 The product is transferred to the basket, the content of which you can see by clicking the shopping cart icon in the toolbar at the top of the page.

4.3 When you select “Order placement with an obligation to pay”, a site will be displayed where you will provide your data required to complete the transaction and for the goods ordered to be sent to you.

4.4 After choosing the method of delivery and entering all the data, you will need to select the payment method.

4.5 You may choose an online payment (by credit card or by bank transfer via Shoplo) or cash-on-delivery.

4.6 You place an order by clicking the “Order placement with an obligation to pay” button. 

4.7 If you choose the online payment as your payment method (by credit card or by bank transfer via Shoplo), you should place your payment order immediately after you have placed the order. If the bank account of NOLOGO or of the transaction intermediaries (Shoplo) is not credited with your payment, we cannot consider your order properly submitted, the contract will not be effectively concluded and the order will not be completed. In this case, you can place your order again. 

4.8 At each stage of order placement, until payment, you can cancel your order by abandoning further steps and leaving the order placement site. If you do not complete the order placement process for your goods, the order will not be executed. 

4.9 Immediately after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address you have provided upon logging in. The e-mail will contain a customized order number, which you can use to verify the status of your order.

4.10 NOLOGO may contact you at the e-mail or phone number you have provided to clarify any doubts, confirm your order or in any other issues related to the execution of your order.

5. Prices

5.1 Prices given on the website in EUR are gross prices including VAT.

5.2 The price of goods does not include shipping cost, the amount of which depends on the chosen method of delivery and payment.

5.3 The price given at the time of order placement is the final, binding price. Once the order is placed, the price of the ordered goods will not change, regardless of the price changes introduced by the NOLOGO or promotional or sales actions launched by us.

5.4 NOLOGO reserves the right to change the prices of goods available at the online store, to market new products, to launch and cancel promotions on our websites, or to make changes in accordance with the norms of the Polish Civil Code and other laws.

6. Availability of ordered goods

6.1 All goods sold in the online store are available.

6.2 In exceptional cases, it may happen that the product is not available, e.g. if many customers order the same product at the same time. If this should be the case, we will inform you that we cannot deliver your order.

7. Inability to execute the order

If there is no item in stock or if your order cannot be delivered for any other reason, we will inform you, by e-mail sent to your e-mail address or by telephone, about any difficulty processing your order, and the possible solutions. 

8. Delivery method and time

8.1 We deliver only in Europe.

8.2 The order will be forwarded for completion after we receive a confirmation of crediting NOLOGO account with your payment (via the Shoplo service).

8.3 If the selected item is available and you have chosen to have it delivered to the address you have specified, we will send it to you not later than on the 3rd day after you correctly placed your order.

8.4 Please note: if you choose the online payment via Shoplo as your payment method (by credit card or by bank transfer), we will start completing your order after we receive 100% payment due for the order on the online store bank account or the account of the intermediaries; from that moment, we will count the time when your order will be handed over to the courier.

8.5 Your order will be delivered by a courier service; the estimated delivery time for international packages is 2 – 5 business days from the day following the day of handing your order over to the courier. The total delivery time of your order should not exceed 7 business days from the date you place it.

9. Payment for the order

9.1 Wire transfer: transfers accepted by NOLOGO are the so-called fast online payments handled by Blue Media S.A. The feature of Blue Media fast online payments is that when you select this form of payment, you will be redirected to the website of the bank selected from the list of available banks to complete the transfer.

9.2 NOLOGO does not accept traditional bank transfers, so you will not receive a bank account number to which you could transfer the money, e.g. at the post office.

9.3 PayPal: Payments are made by service PayPal.

9.5 Please note! We will never send you an e-mail stating that the account for payment has changed and requesting you to make a traditional transfer. If you receive such an email, DO NOT make the payment and DO NOT respond to it but please immediately forward the 
e-mail unaltered to NOLOGO.

10 Contract of sale

10.1 The information displayed on the online store website www.nologostore.com is not an offer within the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.

10.2 The contract may be executed in Polish or in English.

11 Contract execution – the term
Subject to the delivery method you choose, we shall deliver the goods you order to the courier within 3 working days after you correctly place your order or, if the goods are unavailable or if we cannot complete your order, we shall inform you about such unavailability or impossibility of completing your order within the prescribed term. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

For card payments, the time for order completion will be counted from the moment of obtaining a positive authorization.

12 Cost of delivery

12.1 We deliver only in Europe

12.2 The cost of delivery depends on the delivery and payment method you choose:

- exact cost of delivery will be visible once you choose shipping country; the total amount to be paid will appear in the shopping cart.

13 Rescission of contract
13.1 You may rescind the contract of sale of goods within 14 days, without giving any reason.

13.2 The term of rescission expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods.

13.3 To effectively exercise the right of rescission, you must notify NOLOGO,www.nologostore.com, ul. Łukasińskiego 12a 71-254 Szczecin, Poland, about your decision to rescind the contract by way of a clear and explicit statement (e.g. by a letter sent by mail or e-mail).

13.4 To keep the rescission deadline, it is enough that you send us your rescission statement prior to the rescission deadline.

13.5 If you decide to rescind from the contract of sale, we shall immediately return to you all the payments received, including the costs of delivery (excluding any additional costs if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest regular delivery option offered by NOLOGO), in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we have been informed about your decision to rescind the contract of sale. 

13.6 We will refund your payments using the same payment methods that you used when placing the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any additional charges in connection with the refund. If we are to return the payment for a transaction for which you paid using your payment card, we will return the payment to the bank account assigned to your payment card.

13.7 NOLOGO may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you deliver to us a confirmation of sending them back, whichever occurs first. 

13.8 The goods must be sent to: NOLOGO Aleksandra Marczewska,www.nologostore.com, ul. Łukasińskiego 12a 71-254 Szczecin, Poland, immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us about your decision to rescind the contract of sale. We consider the deadline met if you send the goods back to the above address prior to the lapse of the 14 days’ period. 

13.9 You shall pay the direct cost of returning the goods. 

13.10 You bear responsibility for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from using the goods in any way other than required to verify their properties, characteristics and functioning.

14 Complaints handling

14.1 We sell new products, free of any defects. If you find the products to be defective, we are liable for the defects.

14.2 You may file a complaint regarding any item bought from our online store at www.nologostore.comin accordance with the warranty provisions of the Polish Civil Code if you discover a defect in the purchased item which renders the item non-compliant with the contract within two years of the delivery of the item.

14.3 If you make a complaint by mail at contact@nologostore.com, please provide the reason for the complaint and any information necessary to identify your order and then send the goods to: NOLOGO Aleksandra Marczewska, www.nologostore.com, ul. Łukasińskiego 12a 71-254 Szczecin, Poland.
14.4 You may send the defective goods you complain about to Projekt Dzioopla by courier service at our expense. If you choose to do so, please send us via the contact form your contact details and address at which the courier should collect the parcel containing the goods complained about.

14.5 We will review your complaint within 14 days and inform you of the outcome of the complaint.

14.6 If the decision regarding your complaint submitted by mail is positive, we will reimburse to you all expedient costs you have incurred in order to send the goods back to our online store.

14.7 If the decision regarding your complaint is negative, we will send the goods back to you, along with information on the grounds for rejecting your complaint.

15. Cancellation of orders

15.1 You may cancel the order.

15.2 You may cancel the order either by contacting Customer Service or using the contact form available on our website.

16. Final provisions
Each purchased product is accompanied by a VAT invoice. NOLOGO is not responsible for providing incorrect customer data.

16.1 Processing of personal data

You are free to grant or to refuse to grant your consent to NOLOGO processing your personal data within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws Dz. U. of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended); however, without your consent to us processing your personal data, we cannot execute the contract and complete your order.

16.2 Processing of personal data for marketing purposes

You may consent to processing your personal data for marketing purposes within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws Dz. U. of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended) and entrusting them to a third party in order to provide you with advertising, promotional and marketing information, as well as about NOLOGO – the operator of the online store www.nologostore.com

16.3 Administrator of Personal Data

The administrator of your personal data is NOLOGO Aleksandra Marczewska, seated in Szczecin at: ul. Łukasińskiego 12, Poland. Pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, you provide your personal data voluntarily, and you may review it, correct it, amend it or request it be removed.
